1.5" fat grip diameter handles provide an intense grip strength and tricep workout simultaneously. The additional length (50" end to end) over standard tricep ropes makes exercises like hammer curls, face pulls, and overhead tricep extensions feel flawless.

Our synthetic fiber rope is extremely high quality and will last a lifetime. While more costly to produce than alternative materials, the feel of this rope beat all others we tested hands-down.

Other companies use either slippery black polypropylene rope (like the frayed one at your Globo Gym) or a less expensive natural fiber rope which can have a rough texture and break down when exposed to moisture. Natural ropes also stay damp, and that trapped moisture can lead to mildew and mold. We chose to source the best quality synthetic rope available anywhere. The feel is incredible: soft and grippy but not scratchy.
